Adds advanced plugin installation options to WordPress. Allows the user to install the development version of a plugin. Adds a link to the top of the plugin install page to install the development version of the plugin. If the development version is not available then a message is displayed at the top of the plugin install page.

- Extract the zip file and upload `wp-plugin-installer` to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory.
- Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.

Thanks for the plugin.
I have a different request: Allow a user to install the development version _without having to uninstall the plugin first (like the WP Beta Tester plugin does).
This is important, because it's rare that a user wants to install a dev version without first installing the stable version, you know?

I wanted to include this in the initial release but didn't have the time to test some of the edge cases. The next version will allow the user to install the development version of a plugin without uninstalling the stable version of the plugin.
